Juan Lopez is a personal trainer certified as a Level 2 CrossFit coach and Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism™ trainer based in Brooklyn, NY, with over 10 years of CrossFit experience and four years of professional coaching.

At Hecho En Brooklyn Strength, Juan specializes in functional fitness and strength training, helping clients of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals.

He offers tailored CrossFit and strength training programs, including one-on-one personal training sessions and small group classes. Training is available at his local CrossFit affiliate gym, with flexible options to suit your needs.

My lifting results with Juan have been just awesome! I came to Juan to learn how to squat and deadlift with the goals of lifting heavy for longevity and not getting hurt. I started with 95 lbs and am now deadlifting 405 and squatting 325 after one year. I had to get a whole new set of pants….in a good way :) Now that I’m stronger, we’ve moved on to different types of lifts and I’m excited to keep learning.
